Michael Knox
CEOMichael Knox is the Chief Executive Officer of iDisclose and joined the company in 2017. Mr. Knox was previously the Founder and President of Xtract Research from 2005 to 2013 where he oversaw all of the company’s operations through a period of rapid growth.

He has extensive experience investing in, scaling and operating startup and small businesses. His investment firm has been actively investing in small businesses and his experience with the capital raising challenges of small companies brought him to iDisclose.
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Douglas Ellenoff
Co-FounderDouglas S. Ellenoff, co-founder and chairman of iDisclose, is also a member of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP since its founding in 1992, is a corporate and securities attorney with a specialty in business transactions and corporate financings. Mr. Ellenoff has represented public companies in connection with their initial public offerings, secondary public offerings, regulatory compliance as well as general corporate governance matters. During his career, he has represented numerous broker-dealers, venture capital investor groups and many corporations involved in the capital formation process.

In addition to regular meetings and interaction on behalf of the leading trade association which the Firm represents, (CFIRA, the Crowdfunding Intermediary Regulatory Advocates) with the SEC and FINRA in discussing the proposed rules which the SEC and FINRA must approve before crowdfunding becomes lawful in the US, the Firm has sponsored conferences, webinars and has been invited to speak at numerous events on the topic. The Firm is already actively engaged with clients (funding portals, broker-dealers, technology solution providers, software developers, investors and entrepreneurs).
Mr. Ellenoff received a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vassar College.
Georgia Quinn
Co-FounderGeorgia P. Quinn is the co-founder and Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of iDisclose, a legal technology company focused on the disclosure and legal document needs of small business and startup entrepreneurs accessing capital. Quinn is also General Counsel of Coinlist, a financial services company focused on blockchain investments. Quinn was recognized in 2014 as a Top Female Attorney in New York City by Thomson-Reuters. In 2015, she was joined by other honored attorneys in a special section about “Super Lawyers” featured in the New York Times. She is on the advisory board for the American Banker Lending and Investing Conference and NextGeneration Startups, an online resource for young entrepreneurs. Wealthforge, an early entrant in the crowdfunding space, has called Quinn one of the top influencers in the private placement industry. Quinn is a senior contributor to Crowdfund Insider, an online crowdfunding publication.

Zach is a consultant, advisor, and attorney with over a dozen years of practical and regulatory experience advising companies, investors, and market participants on, among other things, their compliance obligations under the federal securities laws.

Zach is the co-founder of Ketsal Consulting, LLC, a digital asset focused consulting firm, and Blakemore Fallon PLLC, its affiliated law firm. He is a graduate of Trinity College, London (BFA), the Guildford School of Acting (MA), and the UC Berkeley School of Law (JD).
